As much as it is important for children to do their homework and keep learning new things, kids also need enriching activities to spark their interest in the world. It is the same concept of how dance can change a person's life. Enrichment activities help students find their passion and get involved with other peers and people. These activities may help keep students out of drug or gang-related activities. All they need is a spark and that little spark can start a movement in their future (as long as they have access to it and can and have trust in the faculty).
